We may conduct a search through a credit reference agency, which will keep a record of our search, if you decide to purchase a vehicle from us via our finance agreement. As part of this process we will provide the credit reference agency with the information that we have about you, your agreement and payment record.

If you place an order for a vehicle we need to know your name, address, email address, details of your debit or credit card number and telephone number. This is so that your order can be processed and fulfilled.

If you enter a prize draw, again your name, telephone number and email address are needed so that the prize draw can be administered and the winners notified.

How is your information protected?

1. we will not request information which is excessive for our purposes;
2. we will try, with your assistance, to keep any information held about you up to date and accurate;
